Now my roots are here, because this is where I'm raising my son, River. Since 2012 I've worked inside local businesses of every kind — solo entrepreneurs and established companies, across nearly every industry this county has: retail, restaurants, nightlife, construction, wellness, and more!

How do we start?

With a free discovery call — 30 minutes on your business, where the pain is, and what would need to be true in 90 days for you to call it a win. Within 24 hours you get a recap and a recommended plan. No pressure, no obligation.

How does working together actually work?

Clients work with me on a 90-day retainer: a flat monthly fee, invoiced on the 1st and paid in advance, with a reserved standing block on my calendar every week. You always know when I'm in your business and what I'm carrying.

What does it cost?

Every plan is custom — your price depends on the tier of services you need, what your audit turns up, and the 90-day plan we build from it. Work is priced hourly by tier, starting at $60/hr, and 90-day plans start at $2,000/month. Before you commit, you'll see honest hour estimates for every piece of the work — so you always know exactly what you're paying for.

What happens to hours we don't use?

Up to 20% of a month's hours roll into the next month. And if work is heading beyond scope, I flag it before it's ever billed.

How do we work together — remote or in person?

A collaborative mix of remote and onsite. Day to day we work side by side in your business — shared inboxes, calendars, and project tools, with regular working sessions during your reserved weekly block. And when the work calls for being there in person — a launch, an event, a walkthrough — I'm right here in Nevada County. You always know what I'm carrying and where things stand.
